New and often risque ways to read things I’ve written periodically come to my attention. One such recent discovery was the nickname of one known as “The Couchmate” or simply “couchmate.”
Initially this was used because she was sharing the couch (quite innocently) with another friend of mine, but later when we got involved, the nickname became a hinderance because of how easily it could be misconstrued. As such, her new name will be heretofore rendered as “Alias.” For those in the know, that might even come off a bit clever ;). We’ll see what happens.
